Book a cash shipment at Orders → Cash Order.
Orders → Cash Order (/orders/create/cash) creates a cash consignment. Sender and receiver are cash parties, not a credit customer account.
Who can open it: users granted Cash Order (and the cash-order company feature).

Courier, AWB / Series (same rule as credit: Series only when the courier has two or more live packs), service, package, payment, pincode.
Pick or create sender and receiver. New parties open a create dialog. Bill-to cash customers live under Cash customers.
Weight in kg, dimensions in cm. Cash quotes use the Cash rate chart (not the credit customer chart).
Save. Edit later from All Orders or the cash customer’s Orders tab.
