CSV upload

Create many credit orders from Excel at Orders → Credit Order → CSV Upload.

Orders → Credit Order → CSV Upload (/orders/create/credit/csv) is a three-step wizard: upload, review, create. Heading: Create bulk orders.

Who can open it: users granted CSV Upload.

Upload a workbook

Download the template

Download Template builds an Excel file from this company’s rate setup (order columns, fuel, extra charges, payment type). Download Instructions saves the field glossary PDF. Check Video opens the training clip.

Drop the file

Accepts .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .xlsb, .ods. Max 50MB. Required columns include order date, AWB, client id, destination pincode, courier partner, service type, package type, travel mode, weights, and payment type.

Wait for review

The file goes to the cloud. You can leave and come back — the job keeps running. A page overlay shows progress.

Review rows

Passed rows show a green banner and Continue with N Order(s). Failed rows show remarks. Download Error Report saves order-errors-<timestamp>.xlsx. Upload Again discards the job and returns to the drop zone.

Create the orders

Continue starts creation. Watch the overlay until the summary step. Successful rows become credit orders.
