All orders

Search, edit, print, track, and delete consignments at Orders → All Orders.

Orders → All Orders (/orders) is the company order registry — credit and cash together.

Who can open it: users granted All Orders.

Find and open an order

The search box matches AWB, reference no, pincode, and area. Filters narrow booking type, courier, payment, dates, and (when tracking is on) shipment status.

Open details

Row View Details opens the order details sheet (the same form as create, in view/edit). Update goes to the booking page.

Print Parcel Label, or Export the current table (including All rows when you pick that page size).

Track Order

Row Track Order opens Order tracking with ?q= set to that AWB. Same desk as Orders → Order Tracking. No AWB on the row: the action does nothing.

Delete or restore

Delete confirms after a safety check. Deleted view can restore or permanently delete.

If something goes wrong

  • No ID column: AWB is the visible identity.
  • Shipment status missing: tracking is off for the company (MBAC / features).
  • Track Order missing or dead: no AWB, or you cannot open Order Tracking.
  • Edit Discard/Save: unsaved edits stay until you save or discard.
