Smart Sheet

Spreadsheet sessions for bulk booking at Orders → Smart Sheet.

Orders → Smart Sheet (/orders/sheet) lists spreadsheet sessions. Open one to type orders in a grid.

Who can open it: users granted Smart Sheet. Own Created View vs View All is a permission scope on the same page — it does not add a second route.

Manage sessions

Create a blank sheet

Create opens a name dialog. The new session appears in the list.

Open the grid

Click the row to open the editor.

Rename, copy, or export

Row actions rename, copy from company / copy sheet, export XLSX or a shipping manifest, and show scanned images.

Delete

Soft-delete hides the session. Deleted view can restore or permanently delete.

If something goes wrong

  • You only see your own sheets: your role is Own Created View.
  • Copy from company missing: you are already on the main org sheet, or the action is not granted.
