Customers → Cash Customers (/customers/cash) lists cash bill-to parties.
Who can open it: users granted Cash Customers.
Add opens the customer form (name, contact, address). Save.
Opens Details, Orders, Invoice, and Settings (no Ratechart or Account ledger — those are credit-only).
Senders and receivers used on cash bookings are Referenced customers, not this list.
