Who can open it: users granted Courier Partners.
Enter credentials and mapping fields for that courier.
When connected + enabled + sync on, Order tracking shows a sync banner for that partner.
Bookings can still use a partner from Rate configurations without this API — the integration is for push/pull tracking, not for listing the partner.
