Partners, dimensions, extra charges, and classifications at Rates → Configurations.
Rates → Configurations (/rates/config) is rate metadata: which courier partners you sell, weight dimensions, extra invoice charges, service types, and rate classifications.
Who can open it: users granted Configurations. Inside a branch, the whole page can be locked when the main company manages rate config.
Enable the partners that appear on order forms and charts.
Weight / measure settings used on booking. Add dimension opens a dialog.
Extra invoice heads (constant rupees or a percent of parcel amount). Enabled charges appear on order forms, CSV templates, and bills.
Zones / rate types used with Pincode mapping, plus service type labels.
Copy from company appears when a sibling org has different config and you are allowed to sync.
Every section read-only in a branch: MBAC turned off Edit Rate Configuration — change it from the main company.
