My Rates

Company courier (buy-side) chart at Rates → My Rates.

Rates → My Rates (/rates/my) is the company’s courier cost chart: DOX table and NON-DOX cards per partner.

Who can open it: users granted My Rates. Inside a branch this page is always view-only — the main company edits the branch chart on Manage Branch → Rate Chart.

Edit the chart

Filter the partner

Pick courier partner, service, and package path so the right table/cards show.

Fill slabs and cards

DOX uses a table of weight slabs. NON-DOX uses cards. Fuel Charge sits with the chart.

Copy, paste, or copy rates

Clipboard keeps values after paste so you can apply them again. Copy Rates copies this chart to other partners.

Save Changes

Writes the company My Rates chart.

If something goes wrong

  • Save / Copy hidden on a branch login: expected. Ask the main company to edit from Manage Branch.
  • Booking still quotes: credit uses customer → Common; cash uses Cash chart — My Rates is the buy side.
