Rates → Common Rates (/rates/common) is the company default selling chart for credit bookings when the customer has no matching slab.
Who can open it: users granted Common Rates.
Credit booking tries the customer chart first. If that path has no matching slab, Common is used. Keep Common filled for every partner you sell, even when most customers have their own chart.
