Credit annexure columns at Tools → Customization → Annexure Template.
Tools → Customization → Annexure Template (/tools/customization/annexure) is the extra sheet printed with a credit invoice.
Who can open it: users granted Annexure Template.

Save, then include annexure on Create credit bills.
