Home → Finance → Expense (/finance/expenses) is the company expense book.
Who can open it: users granted Finance → Expense. Add / edit / delete need expense (khata) write permission.
Sidebar Home → Finance → Expense.
A sheet opens for amount, date, description, and category fields.
The row appears in the table. Balance and the analysis chart update.
