Open Hisaab Sathi with password, email code, two-factor, or hexkey recovery.
The sign-in screen is /auth. Use it on the web or in the installed Mac / Windows app.
Who can open it: anyone who is not already signed in.
On the web go to your Hisaab Sathi URL. In the installed app, launch Hisaab Sathi.
Type the email your company gave you, then the password. Submit.
Choose the email-code option, enter your email, then the 6-digit code from the message. Unknown emails stay on this screen with the server message — they do not advance.
Open Forgot password, enter your email, and submit.
Use the code from email.
Enter the new password twice. You return to sign-in.
If your account uses an authenticator app, enter the current code. You can also ask the app to email you a code, then enter that 6-digit code instead.
When your login has companies but none is active, the app lists them. One company is selected automatically. Two or more: pick one to continue to the dashboard.
Hexkey is hidden on purpose. Use it only when an admin shared it with you.
| Where | How to show Hexkey |
|---|---|
| Web | Open /auth?hex=true (exactly hex=true) |
| Installed app | Press ⌘⇧H (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+H (Windows), or click the logo 5 times within about 2 seconds |
Enter email + hexkey. This skips two-factor. Signing out hides the button again.
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| No internet (guest) | Connect, then retry. Signed-in offline use still works from the last snapshot. |
| Phone too small | Web needs a screen at least 768px wide. Use desktop or the installed app. |
| Account inactive / suspended / deleted | /user-status. Sign out or wait until an admin restores you. |
| Company locked | /org-status. Contact support or your admin. |
| Software under maintenance | /software-under-maintainance. Client staff wait; this does not block platform staff. |
