Company → Employees (/company/employees) is this organization’s staff. It is not platform (Zapp) members.
Who can open it: users granted Employees.
Name, email, and role are required. Password is optional — leave it blank to email a generated one. Phone, address, and pincode are optional.
The person can sign in. Grant pages and actions on that role under Role permissions.
Resend Credential emails a new password. Some companies can keep the same person in sync across branches.
SUPERADMIN and CUSTOMER roles are hidden from this form. Portal customers are created from Enable Portal on the customer, not here.
